Located at 2,000 metres above sea level, next to the mountain station of the Schmittenhöhe Cable Car, Berghotel Schmittenhöhe - 2000m offers ski-to-door access, a modern spa area, and a large sun terrace with panoramic mountain views.
The rooms, renovated in 2018, overlook the surrounding mountains and offer satellite TV and free WiFi. Most of the rooms have a balcony,
The 330 m² spa area features various saunas, a fitness room, a sun bed, and a massage bed. Bathrobes are provided.

The Schmittenhöhe Berghotel is only reachable by cable car, which operates between 09.00 and 15:00. From the valley station, the centre of Zell am See can be reached in 5 minutes with the free ski bus, or on foot in 20 minutes. The ski pass is also valid in Kaprun, 8 km away.
The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.
Please note that the hotel can only be reached by cable car, which only operates between 09:00 and 16:00. Limited parking is available next to the valley station (reservations required).
Arrival must take place until 16:00, as it is no longer possible to reach the hotel after the cable cars close.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
