We have 14 guest rooms in 3 luxury types, spread over 2 floors.

A cozy bar wherekinds of drinks are available at perfect temperature. You can enjoy a nice glass of wine or a cocktail. With a Wellness, gym and play cave, we are a home for everyone.

While you can take wonderful walks in the summer (200 km of hiking trails) in the beautiful nature, or explore by mountain bike, e-bike or on horseback, the central location of St. Martin also offers the best conditions for your skiing. - or snow-sure cross-country skiing holiday. Within a few minutes by car or with the free ski bus you can reach three of the largest ski areas; Dachstein West, Ski Amadé with famous places such as Flachau, Schladming, Zauchensee and at a higher altitude Obertauern. A total of more than 2000 kilometers of ski slopes in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:00.

When travelling with pets, please note that you need to register directly after booking as we have a maximum of 4 dogs in the house. We charge € 12,50 per night for your fourlegged companion.

Please note that you cant bring your dog to the DeLuxe rooms as they are upgraded to an allergy free level.

We can accommodate you and your dog in the standard rooms on the first floor. Your pet must be registered directly after booking.

If you take your own refrigerator using our electricity we charge € 10,- per night.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Single Room. This double room is for single use. It features a balcony with panoramic views and a satellite TV ;
Triple Room with Balcony and Mountain View. Rooms are equipped with a double bed and a single bed and a flat-screen TV. Guests enjoy a balcony with panoramic mountain views. ;
Economy Quadruple Room. Room located on the first floor with double bed and bunk bed. Room has a balcony offering panoramic view on meadow and forest. It features a flat-screen satellite TV. ;
Superior Double Room. This double room is located on the top floor and features a balcony, double bed, seating, satellite flat-screen TV, in-room coffee and tea facilities and bathrobe. It offers panoramic views on meadow and forest and bathroom with separate bath and shower. You cannot book this room when you bring your dog. ;
Superior Family Room. This family room is located on the top floor and features a balcony with panoramic views, a satellite flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with separate bath and shower. Please be aware if you travel with 4 adults you need to request the bed preference for 2 double beds. The other DeLuxe Familyroom has a double bed and bunkbed only suitable for children upto 15 years of age. ;
