Located in the Zillertal Valley, Almhof Lackner offers rooms with a balcony and mountain views. The Grieralm Alpine hut is located in the Tuxler Valley and is 1 hour by car. It is run by the hotelier and tours are organised once a week. It is an excellent location for hiking in summer and toboggan in winter.

The Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal-Hochfügen Ski Area is 1.5 km away and can be reached with the free ski bus that stops outside the hotel. Cross-country skiing trails are accessible just steps away. The Zillertalbahn is a 10-minute walk away.

The centre of Ried offers shops and a beach volleyball and tennis courts.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.
