Our beautiful traditional Tyrolean home is located in the center of Neustift im Stubaital. Contemporarily furnished withnecessary amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The property features three apartments:

Cingularia – TWO bedroom PENTHOUSE apartment with stunning views from three balconies and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Perfect for smaller families of up to four persons.

Rovina Alta – TWO bedroom apartment with TWO full bathrooms, and a balcony offering a relaxing evening after a long day out. Perfect for larger parties.

Val Busana – TWO bedrooms and a large cozy crawl space that sleeps two, this apartment offers the chance to enjoy plenty of space on their holiday. Suitable for groups up to 6 people.

Enjoy easy access to the world renowned Stubaier Gletscher ski resort with the valley bus service that takes you straight to the base station of the mountain.

You are within walking distance from the Elfer Lift, a smaller lokal ski hill in Neutift, that is known for its paragliding and downhill mountain biking. Easy access to the other two local ski resorts, Serles and Schlik 2000, is also available from the bus stop.

At FALWESUNA apartments you will be within walking distance frommajor amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, connivence store, ski and bike rental, --evening and night entertainment-- and everything else Neustift has to offer.

Free parking for our guests is available in front of the house.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:00.

This apartment features 3 balconies (east-, south- and west-facing), a large panoramic window, wooden floors with underfloor heating, and a luxuriously furnished kitchen including a coffee machine. The large living area includes a fireplace. The bedroom provides a box-spring bed and direct access to the bathroom featuring a starry sky, a free-standing bath, a double washbasin, and a rain shower. The second bedroom includes a single bed. 2 children can be accommodated on request.
